This poetic play affirms that love and faith and beauty can overcome all limitations, even those of time and space. It is inspired by the life of teacher and astronaut Christa McAuliffe. Seven characters find their common humanity, learn from, and teach each other in this play described by one critic as, “the most beautifully written play of the 1990s!” Stephanie Zimbalist returns to Rubicon to play the leading role in this soaring production about learning to fly again.
